Took a short video of some of our kids working during our gracie jiu jitsu class. My favorite part of this video is how well supervised the kids are while practicing and the tips they receive on their technique. One of the best things about Scranton mixed marital arts is that during our kids class there are a lot of very talented and dedicated instructors on the mat helping out!
