Just trying to keep everyone up to date. Hopefully everyone is well aware of what is going on because we have been announcing this during classes.. but just as a little reminder here is our Holiday Schedule:

Wed, December 24th: All classes are cancelled at the academy.

Thurs, December 25th: All classes are cancelled at the academy.

Wed, December 31st: All classes are cancelled at the academy. (open mat time should be announced soon)

Thurs, January 1st: All classes are cancelled at the academy. (open mat time will be announced soon)

Scranton mma kids judo

One of our youngest mma students practicing some judo at a family party. One of the best things about being a martial arts instructor is connecting with great families that help us teach their kids. In this video you will see one of our youngest students practicing three different throws plus she makes a point to say that falling is the most important part of training and she makes sure she bows before and after the training! That really is awesome from an instructors point of view!
