Forest Animal Inspired Workout

This workout was inspired by some of the animals we saw on a hike through Prompton State Park! Usually we see an “animal of the day”, but on this particular day we saw a lot of frogs, salamanders, and some deer! This workout will be 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off of the following movements with minimal breaks between rounds! 🐸 :30 Frog Jumps 🦎 :30 Salamander Crawls 🦌 :30 Deer Bounds If you have any questions or need help, feel free to comment!

Strong Core Workout

This core workout will target your abs and help you achieve stabilization and control while working your martial arts technique. This can be done as a burnout at the end of a workout or on its own. With enough rounds, you too can get sweaty, burn some Calories, and most importantly GET STRONGER! The four exercises include 1. Mountain climbers 2. Jackknifes 3. Bird dogs 4. Dead bugs You will perform each exercise for 30 seconds with a 30 second break between each. After one round, take about a minute to catch your breath. Then move on to the next round! Shoot for 3-5 rounds! If you have any questions please let us know! ScrantonMMA.com Music: July Musician: Jef
