Couch Potato Lower Body Workout!


This at home workout will target your lower body. Your legs will feel the burn off of these exercises for sure! If you want to skip straight to the workout, fast forward to 9:48. Here’s the workout: Bulgarian split squats 10 times each side. Single leg bridges 10 times each side. Couch squats 10 times. Nordic hamstring curls 5 times. Try 3-5 rounds of this one!
