Forest Animal Inspired Workout
This workout was inspired by some of the animals we saw on a hike through Prompton State Park! Usually we see an “animal of the day”, but on this particular day we saw a lot of frogs, salamanders, and some deer! This workout will be 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off of the following movements with minimal breaks between rounds! 🐸 :30 Frog Jumps 🦎 :30 Salamander Crawls 🦌 :30 Deer Bounds If you have any questions or need help, feel free to comment!
