Sensei Tim Scranton MMA Keystone State Games

Quick video of Sensei Tim From Scranton MMA competing in a Judo tournament. Tim is able to choke out his opponent very quickly using a very effective choke that he has worked on for YEARS. Tim always had a great presence on the mat when competing and always competing with great intensity and focus. Hard to see in this match because it is so quick but if you watch with a close eye you will notice. Tim now spends most of his time focusing on Keystone CrossFit but we love having him around and always enjoy his input. For more info about our judo program pls visit http://ift.tt/1nvgrRJ

Scranton MMA Rodrigo Gracie Seminar

Here are some pics from a rodrigo gracie seminar that was conducted at Scranton Mixed martial arts on August 20, 2012. Rodrigo showed a bunch of awesome stuff. He started with some basic but very effective self defense techniques and then he showed some nice tweaks on a few submissions and then ended the seminar with a very awesome armbars / sweep combination. We even got to spar a lot as he stayed way overtime and watched us roll and gave us some good pointers. Really it was a great time by all
